How I work and what this means for you
I believe that you hold the strength to change the story of your life. I’m sure you don’t need another person in your life to tell you what to do. But instead, I will be the person you can explore things with, bounce ideas off, and work with you as a team to get you were you want to be. I will take the time to listen, be curious and ask questions, to help you gain insight into patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back. When needed, I’m committed to also offering you practical tools and coping strategies that you can use outside of our sessions.
As a relationship and trauma therapist, my role is to help you better understand yourself (and relationships), help you gain control of your situation and create more positive moments in your life. You will find that I’m approachable, authentic, and transparent building trust through honesty rather than being formal or distant. I encourage you to share freely, knowing that our work together is grounded in a safe, non-judgmental space.
Therapy is not about rushing to solutions but about giving you the space to find your own voice and strength along the way. I am a Certified Trauma Therapist and an ADHD-trained therapist, with additional training by The Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance (CADDRA).

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 9am to 3pm and 5pm to 8pm (online)

My passion for supporting individuals in their healing journey is deeply rooted in my own experiences with the stigma surrounding mental health while growing up in Pakistan. As a first-generation immigrant, I am intimately familiar with the challenges of acculturation and the nuances of navigating multiple cultural identities. This has driven me to work tirelessly in raising awareness about mental health issues.
