Coming to therapy takes a lot of courage, and I want you to know—you don’t have to do it alone. I’ve been there, and I understand how important it is to have a space where you can show up as your true self, no filters needed. This is your time, and we’ll use it in a way that feels right for you.
You’re the expert on your own life, and together we’ll navigate what matters most—whether it’s healing from past trauma, facing challenges in relationships, or recovering from narcissistic abuse. My role is to support you with compassion, help you feel safe and empowered, and cheer you on as you rediscover yourself.
Navigating life and relationships can be challenging, especially when oppression and trauma are part of your story. I’m here to meet you where you are, with full respect for the unique richness of your culture and experiences that make you, you. Our work together will be at a pace that feels comfortable for you—no rushing, no pressure. Whether we’re diving into Internal Family Systems to explore different parts of yourself, using Somatic Therapy to reconnect with your body, or focusing on practical steps with a Solution-Focused approach, I’ll tailor everything to suit your needs.
